Sad news recently broke out exclusively via Twitter on Philadelphia rapper, Young Chris formerly of Roc-A-Fella Recording Group, Young Gunz. Details below.

Young Chris, one-half of Young Gunz out of Philadelphia was performing at Hot 97 and Kodak’s “Who’s Next” Concert at SOBs when he collapsed onstage.
Fans have been tweeting like crazy saying that he suffered a seizure. These reports are unconfirmed. Still, paramedics were called and Young Chris was rushed to the hospital.
The rapper, best known for his hit single “Can’t Stop. Won’t Stop” is promoting his latest mixtape called “The Re-Introduction”, which was released on Nov. 20.
