Say it ain’t so! Heidi Klum and Seal are divorcing after six years of marriage.The couple will file divorce papers in the LA County Superior Court early next week, TMZreports. Heidi will cite “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the divorce.

They were last seen together on December 27, with Heidi tweeting a picture of her and her husband smiling against the backdrop of mountains in Aspen, Colorado.

The couple got married on May 10, 2005 and have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi’s eldest daughter from a prior relationship.

Heidi and Seal are famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary in a lavish ceremony. In 2010, Seal gushed about the tradition:

‘Each year, Heidi and I get remarried,’ he said.

We should’ve known something was up when Heidi went solo to this year’s Golden Globes. This is one couple we thought would last!

They’re always on the go, and last night (October 31) Khloe Kardashian andLamar Odom were spotted at LAX International Airport.

As for her sister Kim’s divorce announcement, Khloe has taken to her Twitter page to blast all the naysayers poking fun at the short 72-day marriage.

She tweeted, “Reading some these comments are so hurtful. I’m grateful for our fans who understand and are being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything… Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer!”

The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” babe and her NBA hubby made their way through the terminal quickly as they boarded a plane headed for Australia.

Faith Evans Divorces Her Post-Biggie Husband [PHOTOS]

Faith Evans has filed for divorce against her post-Biggie husband and record executive Todd Russaw. The papers were filed in LA on May 17,2011. “Faith and Todd were seperated since 2005.

“The couple married in 1997 and Evans cited irreconcilable differences” as the reason for filing for divorce. They have two children together, Joshua, 13, and Ryder, 4.”

Women Waiting Longer To Marry, Divorce Rate Drops [REPORT]

A new report released by the Census Bureau revealed some good news: women are taking longer to marry which, in turn, may also be the reason not as many are divorcing. The report was based on a 2009 survey of 55,000 adults and highlighted shifting patterns of marriage and divorce since the 1940s.

Here are some finds:

- in 1950, the median age for first marriages was 20 for women and 23 for men.
- in 2009, the median age for first marriages was 26 for women and 28 for men.

- in 1996, about 40 percent of women 40 to 49 had divorced.
- in 2009, about 35 percent of women 40 to 49 had divorced.

- in 2009, almost 50% of people interviewed had only been married once, 12% had been married twice and 3% had been married three or more times.

- in 2009, regarding first marriages: they lasted a median of 8 years before ending in divorce.
- in 2009, regarding second marriages: the median age was 33 for women and 36 for men.

Alicia Keys: I Didn’t Break Up Swizz Beatz’s Marriage

Trying to put an end to any home-wrecking rumors, Alicia Keys has spoken out.

Insisting that she and Swizz Beatz did not begin dating until after he split from his former wife.

The 30-year-old’s husband announced his separation from now ex R&B artist wife Mashonda Tifrere in April 2008, although their divorce was not finalized until 2010.

Two months later, the rapper married already-pregnant Alicia, however, the singer told the June issue of “Essense” there was no cheating involved, revealing, “We didn’t start seeing each other until months after they had separated.”

Keys went on to say that she “was aware of all the false things that were being said about me,” adding, “It definitely hurt.”

Terrence Howard’s Marriage Ends At One-Year Mark [PHOTOS]

Making for another short-lived Tinseltown marriage, Terrence Howard is headed for divorce after just one year of wedlock.

The “Traffic” actor’s now estranged wife, Michelle Ghent, initiated the parting of ways by submitting legal paperwork.

The move comes after Terrence and Michelle tied the knot at Cecconi’s in Los Angeles back on January 21, 2010 – while also keeping their nuptials a secret until going public with the news at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

According to reports, Miss Ghent noted that the breakup occurred on January 27th while citing the catchall “irreconcilable differences” as the cause.

She’s also going after Howard for spousal support with a request that the actor pay her legal fees, as well.

[PHOTOS] Tiger Woods: “Infinitely Happier” One Year Later

While in some sense it seems like forever ago, just one year back Tiger Woods was on top of the world with longtime dominance in golf seemingly a forgone conclusion.

That all came crashing down during the 2009 Thanksgiving holiday, with reports of Woods being injured after crashing his SUV into a tree spiraling into a mistress scandal with seemingly countless women.

One year later, the always-guarded PGA pro is starting to open up a bit more – recently telling ESPN’s “Mike and Mike in the Morning” that he’s an “infinitely” happier person now than he was a year ago.

“[I'm] just more clear, more clear about my perspective, who I am, where I want to go,” he said. “It’s amazing how much better I feel internally each and every day.”

And while he’s since split wife now ex-wife Elin Nordegren, Woods is making sure to keep his children, Sam Alexis and Charlie Axel, a top priority.

Of the joys he gets from fatherhood, Tiger said, “Giving my son, Charlie, a bath, for example, beats chipping another bucket of balls. Making mac and cheese for him and his sister, Sam, is better than dining in any restaurant.”

Woods also knows that he’ll have to revisit the dirty laundry aired after last year’s Thanksgiving accident in the future – as his children will surely someday seek his side of the story.

Telling that he plans to be honest, Woods said, “I will have to earn the trust and respect of my kids over time.”

[PHOTOS] Eva Longoria’s Rep Dismisses Divorce Report

Making for quite the saddeningly sudden news, Eva Longoria is reportedly getting divorced from Tony Parker.  But it seems like the two lovebirds may not be ending their relationship afterall. Details below.

They’ve always appeared to be quite the happy couple, but earlier today (November 16) reports claimed that Eva Longoria was headed for divorce from Tony Parker.

According to TMZ, the San Antonio Spurs guard filed paperwork in Texas – but it turns out that their sources (two court clerks) were completely mistaken.

Making for quite the embarrassing situation, TMZ has since backtracked to admit that their insiders were misspoken on the matter and no divorce is underway.

Quickly shooting down TMZ’s story, Miss Longoria’s publicist dubbed it as “absolutely false” while adding that Parker doesn’t even know the divorce lawyer mentioned.

Rachel Uchitel Wants Tiger Woods Back

As of yesterday, Pro golfer Tiger Woods is back on the market.  With that being said, one of the causes of his recent divorce wants to hook back up with him.  Check out who wants him back, asap!

Rachel Uchitel has just told a very close friend … now that Tiger Woods is single, she wants him back and would “give up everything” to get him.

The friend — someone we know spoke to Rachel yesterday  — tells TMZ Rachel said … “I feel horrible for him.  He loved her.  But he was in love with me.  I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.”

Rachel added, “I’d give up everything to be with him again.”

Does that include the $10 million?

Christina Milian Says No To The Dream’s Divorce Fantasy

I guess The Dream thought that it would be quick, swift, over and done with after issuing his Wife, Christina Milian with Divorce papers.  According to Christina Milian, she was not in agreement.  Check out her response here.

While The-Dream was trying to hammer out a settlement, Christina Milian was thinking they were getting back together.

The singer and her producer hubby “subsequently reconciled and had marital relations on numerous occasions” after he served her with divorce papers in February, “just days” before she gave birth to their daughter, Milian states in her official response, filed July 16 in Fulton County, Ga., Superior Court.

Yuck.

Sure enough, Milian did lend her signature (as Christina Flores) to the required pages of The-Dream’s lengthy petition, which included a waiver of alimony on both ends and a clause that their cars, home and furnishings would not go to anyone other than the person who bought the stuff.

A status conference hearing was scheduled for today.

But in her response, Milian demands that the rapper-producer’s divorce complaint be dismissed on “numerous grounds,” including:

• They were not living in a bona fide state of separation as he alleged.
• He served her with the papers while she was bedridden and days away from giving birth.
• They seemingly reconciled and were sleeping together after the Feb. 17 filing date, thereby altering the whole situation.
• The-Dream’s filing states that there were no minor children involved. She gave birth to their daughter on Feb. 26.
• She’s entitled to money.

“If the parties’ marriage is determined by the court to be over,” Milian states, “it is due to the adultery of [The-Dream].”

Their split was made public earlier this month after photos surfaced of The-Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, frolicking with an apparent gal-pal in the ocean.
